I was born in Knoxvllle, TN. l've also lived in Indiana and Ohio, and am a resident of Sevier County for 30 years. Real estate is my passion and CAREER. Clients become a part of that passion. That means knowing when to be patient, and other times, when to strike fast. There are never any upfront fees, payment is only made once the transaction is fulfilled, and about 90% of the time, the seller pays them.
